I have bedroom furniture if needed. I also have a full unfinished basement with washer/dryer and for storage if needed. Looking to charge $1100 including utilities (DTE electric and gas, Xfinity, Water). Central air (just replaced AC/furnace). I have a very calm, mellow dog! So must be ok with that.
