I adore my current spot and the? landlord who owns it, but her brother will be moving in to take my place as he is coming to live in Austin. I?m quiet, friendly, pay bills on time, and keep common areas tidy. I work as a manager at a wellness studio, and I don?t drink, smoke, do drugs, or party and am looking for the same or similar.
