I'm reposting as I'm still looking for a tenant to fill 1bedroom apt that's ready to move in, great location and basically fully furnished, it's a month to month term and the rent include utilities, W/D in the unit, it has an assigned covered parking spot and the apt is located in a pet friendly community.
