Hi all, I?ll be subletting my room for a month for $1250 (including utilities and internet) starting on May - June 9 (start date is flexible to start on early April too). The apartment has a heater and AC. The? apartment also includes a kitchen; equipped with a fridge, mini fridge, microwave, stove, dish washer, and oven. The apartment is in a gated community and is walking distance to restaurants, bus 56 and bus 21 stops; 15 min drive from Google, Facebook and Juniper Networks. 1 min walk to a local grocery store. 4 min bike to El Camino, walking distance to Safeway. 10 min bike to downtown Sunnyvale and Sunnyvale Caltrain station. 10 min drive to Costco. 4 min drive to the gas station. The apartment is on the top floor (no one is living above us). The room is equipped with mattress, bed frame, office desk, chair, tower fan, side table, and lamps. About the tenants: We're both in the tech industry; my roommate work remotely. We enjoy staying active and frequently venture out on hikes or long drives.
