HI Fellow investors. I have a rental which was a brand new house when I leased it to these tenants in 2022. They have left the property in a very poor condition. The property manager sent in the report and? pics today. I will have to replace carpet on stairs and need to do a full house painting and several repairs. I am guesstimating at least 10k in these repairs. they had 1 month rent as a deposit but they didn't pay March rent so there is no security deposit either. Can you pls suggest me a good attorney to collect this money or if there is any other good strategy to collect this money.
