Hello Everyone ! I?m relocating from California & Looking for a 1 bed , 1 bath w/ washer & dryer connections ( if possible ) , & have 2 esa dogs . No more than $950 base rent if need to make 3x the rent . Credit is okay , working on fixing it ( fell behind on credit cards due to being laid off ) , in mid to high 500s . Relocating with my remote? job . Got approved at Viva Max apartments BUT reviews make me skeptical as I?ll be alone & want to ensure I am in a good safe area . Looking to move June . Please let me know 1. If they are okay apartments or 2. You know of any that will approve me . ThankYou in advance !
