Hey, I'm looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease at Windwood Knoll Apartments in Irvine (10-15 min from UCI). Move-in is ASAP (I really need a replacement fast) and the current lease is until? November 2024, but you can always renew your lease with the community.

The bedroom will have an IKEA Twin bed and Twin mattress as well as a chair and study desk. Price for this is an additional one-time payment of $300 (very negotiable).
