Located in Serra Mesa, we're within a 10? minute drive from a lot of locations like Convoy St, Hillcrest, and North Park. For groceries, 99 Ranch, H-Mart, Ralphs, Trader Joe's, and many others are all a short drive away. About the current people who live there (aside from the person you'd be replacing)... This is a co-ed household of four young adults between the ages of 21 and 28. One in school, one in art, and two in tech. We're a respectful bunch and are fairly quiet in the living area. People are occasionally over for board?
