ISO HOUSE SHARE/ROOMMATE Hi! My name is Kelsey and my 8-year-old son and I are looking for a new place to live. Our rent has recently been raised and we are looking to get out ASAP. * Unfortunately, we can no? longer afford to live on our own at the moment due to housing costs. So, a roommate would be ideal.* I am a single mom and work remote. We have one medium sized VERY SWEET 6-year-old pup. She is ESA certified. We also have 2 sweet 5-year-old kitties. We are up at 630 and typically in bed by 9 at the latest. He goes to his dad's house on the weekends. We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom with a roommate. It would be ideal that my kiddo have his own room, but we can make do with one if necessary. We are a no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol household. I can afford up to 900/month.
