Hi all! I?m Julian (24). I?m moving to SD for a job that starts May 1st and am looking for a place / roommates as soon as possible! Flexible on location but gonna be working downtown so it?d be nice to not have? to commute too far. OB, Point Loma, north park, South Park, golden hill areas seem cool. My budget is ideally under $1,700. Preferably looking to move in with people around my age who keep a clean space and have good communication. About me: From Santa Cruz, graduated UC Berkeley in 2021 and have been living in SF for the past few years. I like to stay active in my free time: skateboard, surf, hike, soccer, ski, disc golf, etc. I?m usually pretty mellow but can get down with going out sometimes too. ?? hmu if you think we might be a good fit!
