Hello! I am looking for a room for rent preferably around the $1,300 range in northern SD like Encinitas, Escondido, or any other northern SD areas. I?m moving to San Diego to start a new job at the end of? April so I?d like to move in the next couple of weeks so that I am prepared before my first day. About me: I am 21 years old and raised in Lancaster, Ca but I moved to Phoenix to finish my bachelor?s degree at Grand Canyon University. Afterwards, I worked at a nonprofit but I wanted to move back to SoCal to be closer to friends and family. I?m not a big partier, I rarely drink, and I have no animals. I cannot live with cats as I am allergic. I?d prefer an all girls house but I?m flexible. I?d like to room with other black women or woc but I?m open to all!
