Hello, I'm looking for a roommate starting this month or on May 1st. Everything is move in ready! I am living in West seattle, which usually takes around 15 min or 30 by bus to get into downtown Seattle. I rent? out the upper unit in a home that has a separate entrance from the lower unit. Rent would be 1,300 if you would like the room furnished and 1,200 if you do not. It has access to in home washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, fenced yard, parking, deck and beautiful view of the city. I am a 35 year old clinical social worker. I work Monday through Friday at a hospital and spend a lot of my time outside of the house on the weekends. Let me know if you would like to talk more about the space. Wifi in unit which we would spit so that would be around 25 each. Bi-monthly electricity bill as well.
