Posting a bit early and will do so as the time comes closer, but I am looking to potentially take over a lease, a house preferably, a duplex would work as well. I want to live no more than a 10 min drive from? pike place. Areas like king st, Queen Anne, or near the University district. I am from Spokane originally but I am looking to move to Seattle in mid august, but no later than September 1st. I have 3 wonderful kitties, a clean background, no evictions, no bankruptcy.
