I am looking for someone to take over my lease in the South Loop! Early to mid 20s preferable. The apartment is a high-rise with 24/hr front desk security -- and super close to Roosevelt station,? Trader Joe's, Target, and the lake. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, has floor to ceiling windows, and a large living space. The room can comfrotably fit a queen bed. *refer to photos for more insight*.
My roommate does have a cat (Bonnie) -- super adorable and VERY friendly. My roommate is super sweet, 24 years old, and loves cooking, baking, and watching movies/going out.
Lease duration: 6/1 - 8/31
The rent is: $1,350 (with gas/wifi/water included)
Kitchen applicances: dishwasher, fridge, and microwave
Amenities: Gym, study lounge, music room and hang out lounge, and laundry room (15 washing machines, 15 dryers)
Commute distance: 15min to the loop via green/orange line
