Hi everyone! I?m looking for a female to fill my spot in a spacious shared bedroom from June 14th to September 20th. Rent is $800/month + $50-60 utilities. Located in? Parkwest Apartments, and 10 minutes from UCI.
The apartment is 2B2B, and you will be sharing a room with a student. The other room has a recently graduated working professional. Both roommates are super friendly, respectful, clean, and quiet. The room includes a desk, chair, and bed, along with plenty of storage space.
