Rent is $764 with? $400 security deposit. Utilities such as internet, washer, dryer, water, electricity are all included. Please be aware that there is no AC unit. Full kitchen access with shared refrigerator. Bathroom is also shared with one housemate. My two housemates are in our 20s and are working full time.
