Looking to rent out a bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse for the year of 2024. The bedroom would come with the option of a private parking spot and it would also come with a large shared bathroom. I? am currently in one of the bedrooms and another male is in the 2nd bedroom. The townhouse is located in Central District and is close to a coffee shop, CVS, and Amazon Fresh. Public transport is also closeby (bus stops and Tram/trolley stops). Street parking is also pretty easy, and walking outside is extremely safe. People are always out walking their dogs, kids are walking home from school, and parents are taking their kids to the neighborhood parks. Rent would come out to $1,100 per month, but it goes up to $1,200 with utilities & internet included. The townhouse does have a full kitchen with an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a roof-top deck. Preferably, no pets allowed
