We are subleasing a 1-bedroom in a 3b2b apartment in Nob Hill starting May 15th, close to the Bart station. $1740 + utilities. Furnished or unfurnished options available. You will share a bathroom with one tidy? person and have access to a fully furnished living room and kitchen, including a sofa bed for occasional visitors. The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer, and also has a shared terrace which you can use whenever you want. We love using it during sunny days. Your roommates are two quiet and clean males in their early 30s, who work in tech and appreciate a peaceful living environment. But we do like having visitors from time to time.
