Hello! My boyfriend and I found an amazing townhouse in NoHo. It?s a five bed and five and a half bath with a washer and drier! The rent is 4700 monthly which we would all divide up fairly between us roomies? by who got the bigger Vs smaller bedroom, who had a personal balcony, and who got a parking spot (two comes with the property).
