Hey everyone! I?m Justin and am looking for two roommates to join my in Lincoln Park starting July 1st. My two roommates are moving out, one with his girlfriend and the other back home. I?m looking for two new? people to join me in a 3 bed 2.5 bath 2200 sq.ft apartment for roughly $1300-$1550 per person, depending on the room. The place is in a GREAT area, walking distance to everything, and a 2 min walk from the train. We also have parking, in unit laundry, and a ton of natural light. A little about me: I?m 24 and moved to Chicago last August. I?m from Southern California, work remotely, and model as well. Looking for tow roommates who enjoy going out, doing things outside, and people to be friends with. I?m outgoing, have great recs on things to do here and am pretty clean so looking for a few roommates who can keep areas clean.
