Hi everyone! I?m looking for 2-3 roommates to move into my house (well my landlord?s but that?s beside the point) at the end of July! The house is in South Austin/South Menchaca area. It?s a 4 bed, 2 bath setup? with a studio, a sunroom and a gazebo. Rent is $875 for the two smaller rooms, and $1,000 for the primary with its own bathroom. I?m 26, originally from North Carolina and have lived here for the last 3 years. I have no pets and work in the service industry during the day. I have one roommate who might stay, and he has two smaller cats. We?d love to find people in their mid-late 20s who are able to keep the space clean and be respectful of the common areas! Bonus points if you like to decorate ? We?ll be looking all of May and will be making a decision at the end of the month. P.S If we get along, we?re open to looking at other houses together in the same area!
