Hi, my name is JohnMichael and I am looking for a room to rent, preferably furnished, within a 5 mile radius of SDSU. I am looking for a place that is $1000 or less per month with utilities included. I am a? college student at SDSU who will be starting a graduate program this August. I plan to be working most of the time over the summer through my paid internship and a separate part-time job. I am 45, fairly neat and tidy, outgoing, and do a lot of community service/volunteer work, including mentoring incarcerated students at YTC.
