Hi Everyone, I am leaving for school and looking for someone to take over my room in the beginning of June. I absoluetly loved living here because of my housemates, location, and convience. The house is located? in Lower Pac Heights and is filled with a group of young professionals (2 girls, 2 guys). We are walking distance to Target, Trader Joes, a gym, and a variety of restaurants and cute stores. We have an outdoor deck, separate living room, full kitchen, in unit W/D and plenty of storage space. We all like to hang out and would love a new friend! There is an option to sublease from June to end of October, with the option to renew the lease starting November 1st. Rent is 1922/month.
