Two Bedrooms available in 4 person home in the Sunset one block from the N line muni
San Francisco, CA
There are two bedrooms available come June 1st for $1050 and June 15th (potentially sooner) for $950. The house overall will have four people living in it. There are two bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen, a large backyard with a fire pit and a outdoor dining area. The house was originally a 2 bedroom house, but we built and clamped a wall in the archway connecting the dinning room to the living room. There is a door from the kitchen to the dinning room which is now a ...functional bedroom ($950). The other bedroom for rent is one of the two original bedrooms of the house. It is the largest room and has a decent sized closet which is why it cost a little more ($1050). Hector, my remaining roommate, lives in the other original bedroom, while I underwent the project of converting the garage into my space. Our Landlord is pretty hands off and lets us make most of the decisions of our home; however, the one thing he is strict on is credit scores. Neither Hector nor Myself can change that, and the landlord has Veto'ed potential roommates in the past. If you have good or excellent credit there is no problem. If your credit is average or fair, we suggest investigating a potential co-signer. A little bit about Hector and myself: Hector Malvido is a 27 year old Case Manager working with people experiencing homelessness. Pretty easy-going, likes to read, going outside, and makes a mean plate of enchiladas. Garrett (me) is a gay 26 year old science nerd who enjoys pretending I'm playing basketball when ejecting pipet tips. I have a large fluffy imaginary dog who is very quiet. Single, already mingled, got a little tangled. Love to cook but usually just eats half an Oreo and calls it a day. What are we looking for? We are open to people of all genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Someone laid back with a good sense of humor who doesn't sweat the little stuff. We believe that all almost all roommate "issues" can be fixed or even avoided with good communication. Rarely do we have long on-going problems in our home. Sometimes we enjoy hanging out after a long work day in our living room and/or sometimes having roommate brunch on an occasional Sunday in the living or backyard. If interested feel free to either direct message me here, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org . We look forward into welcoming new roommates into our home.
