We?re looking for someone to move in to our awesome Wallingford house as soon as December (move in date is flexible)! It?s a 5 bedroom house with 1 bedroom on the main floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. The room? up for grabs is one of the upstairs ones - It gets tons of light and comes with a loft and it?s own bathroom for $1103 a month! The rest of the house is great too. Has a living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, and basement that?s used as a music room and for storage. The roommates are all 26-27 and working or in grad school. We all work pretty hard but we also spend a lot of time hanging out together at home, outside, or going out. We like having friends over and throwing parties sometimes.
