You will have a private bedroom and bathroom in a fully furnished condo with washer/dryer in unit, a/c, tv, internet, balcony, and elevator. Only 2 people total in the unit, the 3rd bedroom is a study/workout room with desk, printer, elliptical, and treadmill. Large amount of available storage and you can bring your own furnishings if desired. All utilities included, parking space available in attached garage for additional $100 a month. There are no other roommates. I travel often for work and will spend much of the winter in South America, so you will have the place to yourself for much of the time.
