It is a 5 Bd 2 bath house, and the room available is on the top? floor with 2 other bedrooms. The rent is $710/month, with utilities usually being $80/month. The house is in a super cute neighborhood within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. The other four people in those (3 boys and 1 girl) are kind and outgoing. We like to have house meals, watch movies together, and sometimes have events. Everyone in the house is in their early to mid-twenties. The house has three floors. The top floor has 3 bedrooms. The middle floor has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
