The sublet would be for 6 months from March 1 to the end of August with the option to resign the lease if interested. Rent? is $660/month, and you're only 2 blocks up from the Burke Gilman trail, right near U-Village, and only 1 mile from campus. Your housemates would be two female medical students, both of whom are quite busy and not around a lot.
