Room open in three bedroom house in the Wallingford/Fremont area. It?s about a 7 min walk to green lake and a 10 min walk to Fremont! Free parking on the street but it?s always open right out front! Each room? has its own bathroom and there?s a half bath for guests on the main floor! All the appliances are new and there?s a really nice open kitchen! A little about me, I?m 29 and am working in Seattle as a nurse. I moved to this house when I first moved here and sadly the two girls I lived with have moved away but I loved the house so much I?ve been subletting the rooms ever since! I love the outdoors, brewery hopping, sports games (all the pretty typical PNW things ?). Im easy going and pretty extroverted. Like to keep the house clean! The third room has a girl who recently moved here from Chicago. She?s super nice and easy easy going too! Rent is 1700 plus utilities ?
