We?re 2 girls in our mid 20s and looking for another girl in her mid 20s!? Rent is $1450/mo + ~$100/mo in utilities and includes a beautiful room (comfortably fits queen bed) with tons of natural lighting, a shared bathroom with my roommate, and the house?s sole off-street parking lot! The room can come furnished with gently used furniture if you like (reach out for photos). Ideal move-in date is Feb 5th, 2024 but can be flexible for mid-Feb. Lease runs to May 31, 2024, and we'd prefer to fill the spot with someone looking to join the lease renewal for 2024-2025 because we love this place!
