Hello!! i?m looking for someone to take over my lease starting january 1st and ending august 31st! the house is located in the udistrict near pizza pi and pierced hearts. the lightrail and multiple bus stops? are near by. Rent is $720 with about $100 in utilities a month. In order to move in you?d have to pay $40 for a background check/application fee as well as first and last months rent. The landlord is amazing and we?ve never had an issue with them. This is an 8 person house but everyone in the house is so friendly and great to live with. The roommates like to keep the house tidy as well as have get togethers once in awhile. You?d share a floor and bathroom with 3 other people. The basement also has a little kitchenette. The house is 420, alcohol and queer friendly (you have to be okay with all three. smoking is outside only). no cats or dogs allowed but animals in a cage or tank are fine. message me if u have anymore questions or want to set up a tour!
