Hello Everyone, I?m looking to fill one room in a house I live at/own. We are looking to fill two rooms for $775/month. There is also a $125 Utility charge/month but that Covers a lot of extra stuff too. It? covers; Water, Sewer, Garbage, Electric, Unlimited High speed Internet, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Communal Pots/Pan, Silverware, Shower Curtains, Tupperware, Cleaning supplies, and a hired monthly cleaner of common areas. And additional house hold items as needed. I am currently coming from a house of roommates who are all young adults between 21 - 29, either in college or working. I have partnered with the owner of that home to purchase this one. In a hope of offering low cost?
