Howdy! My roommates are looking to fill a large, affordable bedroom with private bathroom in the heart of Fremont/Frelard area. The room has a very high ceiling on the top floor of a townhouse. The stand alone? 3 story town house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a full garage for storage. It?s a newer construction (2006). Street parking is very open!
Location is 2 blocks from Fred Meyer, 1 block from the 40/28X bus line, and 20-25 minutes from downtown. This is the Fremont/Ballard brewery district, so there?s a BUNCH of awesome spots to frequent nearby!
There are two roommates in the townhouse- both professionals in their early 30?s, late 20?s. Lars and Megan are two?
