Looking for two roommates for a 3 bed, 2 bath house starting Sept 1! Rent $1300 apiece. Hi everyone, I'm a 31 year old product designer renting a house in the Udistrict on the edge of Wallingford and Roosevelt,? so in a safe area and close to Greenlake park. The house is spacious and we have a big backyard and back patio, too. My current roommates are moving out at the end of August and I'm looking to renew the lease with a couple of other ladies. The house gets really good light and is very spacious. One room is very large, about the size of two rooms, and the other room comes with an office. There's in-unit laundry and street parking.
