Hi! I have a private room with private bathroom available in a 4 bed 3 bath split level house located in a quiet neighborhood in Renton. I live in the house along with a roomate. We both work in a tech industry? and work from home. Current roomate lives in the lower level and the available room is in the 2nd level across the master bedroom. The room is fully furnished and also has a desk to work/study. Dinning, living room, pantry and laundry unit is shared and the utitilites and internet is included with the rent. I have a shy but friendly cat So, this place is not a right fit for you if you're allergic to cats or if you do not like cats. We are mindful people, we keep the house clean and privacy is very important so I'd expect you to also respect each others privacy.
