Hello! I am looking to sublease my room in a 2bed/2.5 bath townhome close to Newfields-which is within 10 minutes from both Marian and IUPUI?s campus. The owner is very kind and very easy to work with. You? would have private bedroom and bathroom along with a space in an attached garage. My roommate is in med school and is hardly ever around, so you?d have the place mostly to yourself. The place is pet friendly. Most important information- the owner is looking to sell the townhouse in April, which means your last full month would likely be April. I assume he would be willing to work with you on official move out date, but did want to put that out that. Rent and utilities combined would be $1000/month.
