Hi, Myself and my two friends are looking to rent this house from August/September and we are looking for a fourth person to join us. We are a group of three girls, studying politics and psychology all going? into our second year. The house is located in Southsea, it?s a 3 minute drive from the uni and approximately a 15-20 minute walk. This house is also situated close to free, train station and local convenience stores. The location is great, just off a main road with parking available outside. This house is £124 pw per person which works out to be £496 per person a month, this includes bills (900Mbs Wfi Broadband, Gas & Elec (Subject to generous fair usage allowance), Water Supply, Water Waste and Washer Dryer). In terms of a deposit, a £100 holding deposit is needed per person in order to secure the house and the remaining £300 is to be paid across a later date. Pls message if you have any other questions?
