The room is $1320+utilities, and the new lease begins in February, but move in can be anytime in January as well.? Landlord is likely to run a background/credit check and security deposit will be one month's rent. Gated complex with a communal washer and drier unit downstairs; large, open living room with high ceilings; balcony attached to living room; walking distance to all the restaurants/bars on 30th; one parking spot per unit but plenty of street parking as well. This room has plenty of natural light as well as a spacious closet, bathroom right next to the room, and a private balcony as well!
