Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to fill the big room in my apartment. My name is Tiffani. I'm 33 and a mixed media creative. I enjoy creating, hiking, traveling, music and hanging with ny friends. The usual? stuff. (Boxes in photos will be mostly most gone by the time you move in.) Would be responsible for half of the internet, water and electric. Note that there is a 5 month old kitten that will be here on and off. No other cats or dogs please. Age 27-40 preferred. Prefer 6 month+ lease. Will require 1st months rent to move in, security deposit amount negotiable, pass a background check and credit check as well.
