Rent is $1100+utilities on the 12x13? BR & $1000+utilities on the 10x12.5? BR for 12 mo leases. Rents for both include a dedicated garage parking space so you can avoid hail damage in the Winter and scorching heat in the Summer.
Utilities come out to around $50-65 per month per roommate.
