Hi everyone! I?m Caitlin and am hoping to move to Seattle late March, early April! I?m looking to rent with one or two other ladies, private room, preferably with a private bathroom, but open to sharing with? another person. I?d love to live in Ballard, Fremont, Green Lake, or North Queen Anne. Mostly I just want some place away from downtown that is walkable. My budget is around $1500 including utilities, with a little bit of flexibility. A little bit about me: I?m 24, originally from California. I work remotely as an operations lead. I?d love it if there was a place outside of my room that I can squeeze a desk in, but can also work in my room if it?s big enough to fit a desk. I love to read, work out, have movie nights, and cook. I?m a respectful roommate, I?m clean, and I would love to get to know and hang out with my roommates! My roommates would preferably be in mid- to late-20s as well.
