Hi everyone - coming back to Seattle after spending the year in New Zealand and ideally looking to sublease a studio apt. from May - July/August. A bit flexible on the end date! Would definitely need parking spot and prioritizing those with in unit washer/dryer. Would also be open to a roommate for that short period if it's right match (I'm 32, not looking for a party flat, work from home, and ideally private bathrooms for space).
