When - Unfurnished if the lease starts in late April
- Or furnished if the lease starts in early June
- Lease to end late October or early NovemberWhat
-Ideally a studio or one bedroom
- Maybe open to roommates depending on the situation (ideally fellow? queer women)
- I have a car so would need parking
- In-unit laundry is also a must
Where
-Ballard, Freemont, Cap Hill, Belltown, Greenlake are preferred. But I am flexible within Seattle
