Hey everyone, I'm looking for room to rent in mid May/early June. I am looking in Pacific beach and North Park. I am 28. I work and go to school full-time. I am active and would love some storage for? bikes/skis/camping gear. I'm a chill roommate (not much phases me). I want to be able to have guests (though I won't have many). I don't smoke (don't mind if you do). I'd prefer to max out at 2 other people in the house but not a deal breaker. I'm new to the area and I'd love to have a female roommate that would want to hangout/be friends. Not a must. I have an ESA certified golden retriever that has been trained as a service dog. He is extremely well-behaved. He gets along with all animals.
