Hi all, We are looking to fill a room in our 3BD home in Normal Heights. We have a cute house with a large enclosed back patio and lots of natural light. We are 2 blocks from Adams Avenue and nearby a local? school and church. It?s a very walkable and safe area. The bedroom you will be renting is the largest in the home. The rent for the available bedroom is $1300/mo & move in date can be anytime from early April - June 1. We are ideally looking for a roommate in their mid-to-late 20s who works out of the house as one roommate already works remotely. Your two roommates are 27 and 25.
