Hi everyone! My name is Paymon Ashraf and I?ll be a senior this fall at UCSD. I?m looking for a room to rent from June 2024 through the following school year. I?m also open to connecting with a few other? people and possibly leasing an apartment or house together ? I?m open to male and/or female housemates, I prefer to keep the common areas clean, enjoy hanging out with friends and going. I enjoy playing volleyball, shopping, cooking, going to brunch n cafes, gym, and hanging out at the beach. My budget is up to $1500 and I?m looking to have my own room as well as possibly my own bathroom (not a dealbreaker if I share a bathroom) within a unit that?s preferably close to the bus and trolley line!
