(12 minutes to sdsu, 15 minutes to north park, 20 to downtown, pacific beach)? Washer+Dryer is located in the backyard. All items in the house are furnished, and free to use. Rent is month to month but preferably until at least August as I?ll be traveling and gone most of summer. Open to sign 6 months to a 1 year lease as well. It would be just the two of us.
