Hi everyone!! I?m looking for someone to sublet my room over the summer! Ideally June-August/September. It?s a room in a house however, only 1-2 other people will be living there over the summer. Big room lots? of natural light and has a good sized closet! I can leave my furniture in the room for you or I can take it out! The room is located right next to the bathroom which is all yours over the summer since the other roommate on the main floor won?t be here. A nice sized kitchen and the most beautiful dining table?It?s the cutest house and has great vibes. We also have a nice little sunbathing deck?The house is in U-district and is a 10 minute walk from the link and bus stops are all around! Rent is $917 a month excluding utilities, in the summer utilities should not be too expensive! If you have a car we have a driveway to park in. Please let me know if you?re interested!!!
