Hello everyone! I rent out my master bedroom with attached bathroom in my home in North Austin near 35 and Tech Blv, 6-month-1 yr lease, $925 +utilities split, available early May! I live in a 2b/2b condo I own? and love. The master is on the 2nd floor, cozy and private. An ideal housemate would be clean and kind, interested in sharing space with respect and positive energy. I'm a high school teacher, 31, and I love to climb, do yoga, run, cook, and spend time with friends and my partner. I have a cat named Birdie, who is a year and a half and very cuddly. She resides indoor and outdoor, but mostly outside. I have a washer and a line in the backyard to hang up clothes in Texas sun. There's a little vegetable garden as well. I travel often, but also love to spend time at home reading. Furniture not included in the bedroom, but the living room and kitchen are stocked and shareable.
