Hi all, I know I?m a bit early but I?m keeping my eyes peeled for an apartment for early/mid September! I?m (27M, he/him) an incoming UW grad student coming from the Chicagoland area with a car. Max budget is? ~$1200, no preference between solo living (studio/1 bed) or a roommate situation. Looking to live close by UW or public transit but can be persuaded. If roommates, I?m not picky as I think I get along with most people (allergic to cats but if they?re cute then it?s not necessarily a dealbreaker).
